Learning Solutions Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. This key role plays a pivotal part in shaping the learning experience across various domains.
The Specialist will support the design of impactful, applied training strategies using best-practice design principles. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify critical training needs, develop and communicate content, and create learning initiatives that inspire excellence.
The types of training projects supported include:
- Redesigning mandatory training programs to create blended models
- Supporting the refresh of product and technical training content
- Enhancing onboarding experiences, including development of people leader content
**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing high-quality training solutions that promote knowledge transfer and cultural alignment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify critical training needs and develop training strategies
- Developing and communicating training content, including learning materials and assessments
- Creating learning initiatives that drive excellence
- Supporting the utilisation and administration of our Learning Management System
**Requirements**
- Passionate instructional designer with expertise in adult learning principles
- Strong collaboration skills, enabling work across teams and understanding diverse needs
- Technical skills in Learning Management System administration and content curation
