Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive business performance, safety leadership, and long-term growth in our quarry operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager – Quarries with operational, financial, and performance outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver quarry development plans to ensure sustainability and consistency.
  • Lead key improvement projects to enhance operational excellence and drive results.
  • Oversee quarrying assets and capital investment planning in collaboration with Asset Managers.
  • Provide expertise to Quarry Managers and Supervisors to optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in Quarry Management and/or Operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen to support market growth and profitability.
