Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance, foster a customer-centric culture, and enhance team capability.
  • Develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and customer service targets in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Provide styling solutions and recommendations, upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • A strong retail background with commercial acumen and a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resourceful with a can-do attitude and ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
  • Able to balance customer care, team development, and administrative tasks effectively.
