Senior Search Marketing Leader

This leadership role is pivotal in driving growth and development within the performance media team. As a seasoned expert, you will lead the way in search marketing strategies, focusing on SEM and overall performance/digital product.

Your responsibilities will include leading the team, growing the product, and building strong relationships with clients to deliver high-level service through search solutions that drive business growth via performance channels.

You will be hands-on during growth phases, working closely with ad platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute day-to-day activities.

In this role, you will own the output of performance marketing strategies, with a core focus on search; train and upskill teams on performance best practices across digital platforms.

Deliver exceptional SEM and performance media products to clients as part of a thriving agency.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in search marketing
  • Performance media strategy including performance audits, forecasting results, and channel and budget recommendations
  • Experience with search & overall performance media reporting — analyse data, make optimisation decisions, and clearly articulate results and optimisations to clients
  • Experience using relevant optimisation software (e.g., SA360)
  • Highly analytical disposition and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in mentoring and training staff on performance media
