We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take ownership of our global affiliate program, leading strategic brand and commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms.

  • Develop and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships;
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyse partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimise ROI and acquisition metrics;
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;

This role offers end-to-end ownership of performance marketing, from strategy to execution and optimisation. You will work hands-on with affiliate platforms and tracking/reporting tools, and have the opportunity to make a global impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking/reporting tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimise partner activity;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
