We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partnership Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with current and existing clients in the B2B segment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Conducting regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the B2B manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the eyewear or safety equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
