About This Role

We are seeking a Cost Control and Commercial Analyst to join our team in North Lakes, Brisbane. As a key member of our Pricing Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our pricing tools and processes are fit for purpose and aligned with market conditions.

Job Description
  • Support the Commercial Manager Pricing in managing inputs, standards, pricing rates, and quoting practices associated with our building price catalog.
  • Evaluate and update building prices and rates to ensure they are competitive and based on agreed benchmarks.
  • Maintain and improve our pricing catalog, ensuring that only approved rates are deployed.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform our pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement supplier management and assessing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction cost data and market knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Cost Engineering would be highly regarded.
  • Able to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
