As a Senior Commercial Officer at Workforce Australia for Individuals, you will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate production of sales documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the team to facilitate the system availability of CLS, including required data inputs.
- Liaising with customers, trade finance teams, and technical support staff to resolve integration failures and failed invoices.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Maintaining, developing, and testing the Quintiq CLS System in close conjunction with the technical support team.
- Conducting CLS System Disaster Recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Reconciling and collecting ICFR system evidence to ensure compliance.
- Managing end-of-month processes and rollover of CLS system and related tasks in the Baar CXL system.
- Identifying and correcting integration failures and failed invoices between CLS, SAP, and CXL.
- Reconciling, simulating, and posting end-of-month fair value accruals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with CLS and related systems. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
