About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Maintenance Tradesperson, you will be providing reactive support to several of our commercial clients across Central Coast and Newcastle. Our team is looking for experienced plumbers who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is located in Central Coast and Newcastle and requires regular travel between sites.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct civil plumbing works including watermain replacement, excavation, and sewer renewals as required.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert 3 - Plumbing qualification.
  • Strong commercial maintenance experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • TMV Ticket (desirable).
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (desirable).
  • Exposure to civil plumbing works.
  • White Card.
  • A valid driving licence.
