We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

This role will involve creating a friendly environment, assisting with enquiries related to student residency, studies, and wellbeing, and coordinating administrative duties. You'll also have the opportunity to monitor and report concerns or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, organisational abilities, and a genuine care attitude. A background in reception or hospitality will be beneficial, but we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds who share our passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have eligibility to work in Australia, undergo a National Police Check, and obtain a Working with Vulnerable People's Check.

We offer a competitive salary of around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within our company.
