About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest relations and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Preparing resources for group arrivals and VIP member arrivals with a focus on seamless execution.
  • Providing exceptional guest communication, including internal and external phone calls.
  • Delivering outstanding guest services, from check-in to check-out, and everything in between.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • A strong desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Previous experience with data entry, managing bookings, and forward planning for group arrivals.
  • Proficiency in using Excel to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster and adapt to changing circumstances.
