Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to guest relations, including data entry and preparation of resources for group arrivals and VIP member arrivals.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless guest interactions, including internal and external phone calls.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services, including checking in and checking out guests, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on data entry, bookings, and forward planning for group arrivals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Confidence in handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
