About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Cross-Functional HIVE team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our highest-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving revenue growth through product upgrades and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and introducing relevant team members to action
* Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success
* Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention
* Collaborate with the HIVE team to develop and execute strategic customer engagement programs

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual with experience in SaaS and CRM systems. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
