About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Workplace Coordinator to join our team at JLL. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming experience for our client's staff and guests, ensuring a comfortable and hospitable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable and positive interactions with staff, visitors, and contractors through warm welcomes, genuine conversations, and by anticipating their needs
  • Proactively connect with employees to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns
  • Utilize technology tools to effectively support employee requests and tickets
  • Organize and coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure their preparedness
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute events to activate spaces, encourage networking, and boost engagement
  • Provide coverage at the Reception desk as required
  • Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and functionality
  • Maintain a visible presence among employees, fostering an environment that encourages open conversation to express any needs or concerns
  • Actively identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and streamline processes

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), particularly Helpdesk Systems
  • Familiarity with mailroom operations
  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism, with a passion for hospitality, customer interactions, and satisfaction
  • A personable individual who enjoys interacting with others and building relationships
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technology and applications
