About the Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused individuals with high attention to detail and strong communication skills who are looking to start their administrative careers.

The Role:

As an integral part of our firm, you will assist in the smooth running of our practice groups and ensure our Legal Assistants and legal teams perform at the highest level.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Providing timely and accurate support to Legal Assistants with administrative support needs.
  • Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines, responding to change, and the competing priorities of all work.
  • Meeting required deadlines and negotiating alternate timeframes when necessary.
  • Liaising with business services and other services to coordinate urgent mail and courier requests.
  • Preparing files for archiving and managing return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines.
  • Assisting with internal and external practice group events and functions.

Key Skills and Experience:

We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who demonstrate:

  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize your time across a number of busy matters.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
