
National Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our national account management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and success through strategic partnerships with top-tier accounting firms.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and develop relationships with Big 4 and national mid-tier accounting partners to support their success in migrating clients onto our platform.
- Design and implement national training and implementation programs to enhance the client experience.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts to achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans that support large-scale migrations to our platform.
- Demonstrated sales performance in financial technology products and/or accounting software.
- Proven ability to manage long-term C-suite level relationships and drive sales growth.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
