Overview

Recruiting the best Medical Device commercial talent across Australia, New Zealand & beyond. We're representing a confidential, high-growth medtech bringing a brand-new robotic platform to the Australian Orthopaedic market. This isn't a replacement hire, it's a ground-floor, first-of-its-kind national launch with real ownership.

As National Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Set and execute the commercial strategy for a next-gen robotic system.
  • Build early-adopter surgeon partnerships and establish reference sites.
  • Lead evaluations and demos; drive adoption across hospitals nationwide.
  • Shape how robotics integrates with joint replacement in Australia.
