Job Description
The role involves leading the national franchise network through a team of area managers and trainers, with access to marketing support personnel. Key responsibilities include implementing cutting-edge systems and processes to help franchisees scale and grow revenue.
You will develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can effectively support franchisees and drive regional results. This includes system optimisation to enhance franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Developing and coaching area managers to achieve high performance
- System optimisation for enhanced franchisee capabilities
- Ensuring brand consistency across all locations
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance
- Experience in using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
