Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through impactful retention and lifecycle campaigns.

Our company is a leading financial management software designed for small to medium-sized businesses. We help users manage their accounting, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting needs efficiently. Our platform provides tools for tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and generating financial statements, all aimed at simplifying and streamlining financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on onboarding and post-purchase journeys based on behavioral insights.
  • Develop and manage initiatives aimed at boosting product activation, usage, and guiding customers toward their next best action.
  • Identify customers at risk of churning and create targeted strategies to re-engage and retain them.
  • Produce valuable content, such as webinars, articles, and videos, to educate customers about our products and key features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on and execute retention strategies.
  • Monitor and forecast customer attrition and active use, providing insights to optimize our approaches.
  • Partner with other teams to maximize customer product engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within SaaS or Fintech.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer data, including behavioral and attitudinal insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across various teams.
