Senior Creative Designer

At Online Marketing Gurus, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Designer to join our marketing team. As a key stakeholder, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for various media platforms.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in enabling OMG to hit its Lead, Revenue, and Brand targets by continuously improving graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Captivating Graphics: Develop captivating and effective digital assets, including icons, banners, graphics, and other visual elements, that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Adapt Designs for Multiple Platforms: Ensure that each creative meets specific guidelines and technical requirements for various platforms, such as Instagram Stories, Facebook Feed, and TikTok.
  • Create Engaging Animations: Design simple animations or motion graphics to make ads more engaging and drive higher performance.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Read, analyze, and interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ad concepts that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop User-Friendly Interfaces: Create visually appealing, cohesive, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct User Research: Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Design and Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • UX/UI Design Principles: Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in content creation tools, Facebook creative, and content management in other social platforms.
