As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead our dynamic ANZ marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of marketers, driving growth for Klook in the ANZ region, and overseeing the implementation of integrated marketing and communications plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketers, aligning ANZ market OKRs with individual roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and own marketing plans, defining the optimal marketing mix and driving growth through innovation.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects for local and global campaigns.
  • Provide strategic direction and creative input to digital, social, and content teams.
  • Build and manage best-in-class partnerships to expand Klook's presence and accelerate customer acquisition in the ANZ region.
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing channels.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on key business metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
