Kardex VCA Pty Ltd is a leading provider of innovative logistics solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our Australia New Business Team.

The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne, Australia, and will be responsible for developing the market for Kardex products and solutions in assigned territories and/or market segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing sales strategies to reach and exceed targets in the territory and relevant segment via direct sales
  • Leading business development for new industry and segment
  • Initiating and following up marketing leads, turning them into opportunities and closing sales

Additionally, the Sales Professional will be responsible for:

  • Generating offers (value & quantity) and increasing order intake/booking (units/AUD)
  • Improving customer satisfaction through proactive customer care
  • Delivering tasks within agreed time and defined reporting delivered in time (CRM)

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, who has experience in solution selling and can negotiate complex contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistical processes and software-supported working processes.

A competitive salary package is on offer for this role, estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is only open to Australian residents or those holding a relevant Visa giving right to live and work in Australia.
