
Advanced Neuroscience Business Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patients, tenacity for results, ability to adapt and evolve, and entrepreneurial spirit for working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually.
- Maintain current understanding of local market trends, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers.
- Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Professionals on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit, excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills.
Additional Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in learning and adapting to an evolving environment such as Covid-19 in order to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives as well as diagnose performance issues and identify new opportunities.
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse customer audience.
