Business Development Representative

A Business Development Representative is responsible for driving business growth efforts and customer relationships by excelling in sales techniques, customer service, and communication skills. This role requires a positive and proactive attitude towards the job and company.
Main Responsibilities:- Displays thorough knowledge of fashion trends and products to satisfy customer needs while maintaining high standards.
- Assists with merchandise management, restocking, pricing, and visual displays.

- Complies with all policies and procedures.
- Previous work experience in retail or sales is preferred but not necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
