Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to provide technical support to our clients. This role involves resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to build strong working relationships.
  • Process customer orders using multiple data programs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with sensitive customer information.
  • Process account information, customer details, and other forms by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors.
  • Enter information into specific files or forms for recorded material.
  • Verify existing information and update accordingly within our CRM system.
  • Provide high-quality inbound and outbound client contact to our existing client base.
  • Handle incoming requests from customers promptly and thoroughly.
  • Gather customer information, assess needs, and accurately document interactions through case tracking.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone professionally.
  • Evaluate opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
  • Organize warranty replacements and services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of measurements, airflow, and ability to recommend BAF products based on this understanding.
