Role Overview

This role will be based at our Carindale Branch, where you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their transactional needs and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Engage in needs-based conversations to find the right solutions for our members, building meaningful relationships and trust.
  • Educate members on how to utilize digital and mobile banking tools to enhance their banking experience.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve strategic goals, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate cash management and reconciliation, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide leadership support to the Branch Manager, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn and grow.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for helping others, and the ability to adapt to new systems and technology. Previous experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of cash handling procedures would be highly regarded.
