The Opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialists to join our team. Shift availability will be allocated depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from our CK stores and online customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcome for our customers
  • Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into loyal fans
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a timely manner
  • Reach & exceed hourly KPI's (number of emails & phone calls solved)
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Great attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent technology skills & the ability to adapt quickly to new systems/processes
  • Flexible availability to work
