About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Service Team as a Store Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Assist with various tasks such as collecting trolleys, maintaining store appearance, and supporting colleagues when needed
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
