About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional communicator to support our 2.3 million members across Australia, providing expert guidance on retirement savings and legislation enquiries.

As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will empower individuals to maximise their retirement savings through empathetic listening, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide multi-channel contact including inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat support to Australian Retirement Trust members, employers, and external financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting members with account, product, and legislation enquiries
  • Providing General Advice where suitable
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve complex member issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve member experience

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong customer service background with experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
