Civil Sales Director

Position Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Sales Director to lead our Victorian Civil sales team. Based in Dandenong South, VIC, this role will drive and develop the Civil sales strategy with regional personnel to achieve revenue and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent negotiation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the civil industry and its products.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing construction team, building strong customer relationships, and responding to customer requirements in a timely manner.
