Empowering Individuals Support Role

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide high-quality and meaningful supports to enhance the lives of people with disabilities.
As a support worker, you will empower your participants by taking a step back and encouraging their independence. You will assist with daily life tasks, social outings, and transport, while also documenting shift notes, reporting incidents, and identifying areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can utilise common sense, and take initiative. They must also be able to work in a team and autonomously, and be open to new experiences and willing to learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (if not already completed)
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate (if not already completed)
- Drivers Licence (without restrictions)
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Car Registration
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Certificate III in individual care, aged care, community service and disability or equivalent experience
This role offers above award pay rates, kilometre reimbursement, and ongoing support from our dedicated staff.
