Our 12-month program offers a comprehensive learning experience, including:

  • Intensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role.
  • A structured program for continuous learning and development.
  • Weekly supervision and support from experienced professionals.
  • Flexibility to achieve work-life balance through flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
  • Frequent check-ins for personal and clinical support.
  • Quarterly alignment days for team learning and bonding.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing onboarding learning modules and commencing clinical sessions with clients.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Setting achievable goals with clients to support independent functioning.
  • Meeting specific requirements, including holding a degree in Speech Therapy, eligibility for AHPRA registration, and a current Australian driver's license.

Additionally, you must hold or obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
