Empowering Individuals: Disability Support Role

This role reports to our Customer Service Lead at our corporate head office in Wembley and is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience across various touchpoints.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our services
- Manage visitor flow and coordinate meeting rooms
- Triage and assess eligibility for our services
- Maintain accurate data within our Customer Management System
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the disability sector or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Management Systems
