This rewarding role involves empowering clients to live independently by providing personal care and everyday support, following a wellness approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support with dignity and comfort
  • Assisting with medication administration, ensuring accurate dispensation (full training provided)
  • Supporting daily living activities for high-care clients, offering assistance with tasks that make everyday life easier
  • Lending a hand with domestic duties, light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining safe and welcoming living spaces
  • Providing social support and companionship, including transportation to appointments or community activities
  • Following personalized care plans to ensure each client's needs and preferences are consistently met
  • Encouraging independence through supportive strategies using our wellness approach
