Empower individuals with mental health conditions and neurodivergent traits by providing support that fosters independence and community integration.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and advocating for their rights.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- Be eligible to work in Australia.
- Have experience working with clients who have mental health conditions or disabilities.
- Possess a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services.
- Hold a valid Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Be current with NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and have a First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- Speak fluent English.
This is a casual position with varying hours (20-38 hours per week), requiring flexibility and adaptability. You must be available before and after school hours.
