About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support professional to join our team at Till, a leading integrated payment solutions provider. As a key member of our sales and operations teams, you will play a critical role in supporting our Australia-wide sales team and driving business growth.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our sales team, including creating accounts, opportunities, and managing CRM account data. You will also conduct post-go-live check-ins with merchants and partners, provide training as needed, and ensure merchant requirements are met.

Key areas of delivery include:

  • Assisting sales teams with account creation, opportunity management, and CRM data management
  • Conducting post-go-live check-ins with merchants and partners, providing training and ensuring merchant requirements are met
  • Managing T1 and T2 customer configuration updates, collaborating with Customer Support as needed
  • Conducting merchant retention on T1 and T2 offboarding requests
  • Working closely with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a positive merchant experience
  • Overseeing change management for T1 and T2 account resigns

  • Exceptional attention to detail and broad administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of CRM usage is a plus, but not essential
