We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the broader sales team to service customers. Your primary duties will include customer service, quoting, and administration, as well as generating new business meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare IT quotes for customers on hardware, software, consulting services, and managed services across a wide range of vendors, distributors, and in-house solutions.
- Respond to inbound leads and work closely with vendors and distributors.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and broader sales team.
- Be analytical and able to problem-solve customer queries.
- Provide support to the Sales Team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a Sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Eager to learn.
- Systems experience.
- Hybrid role – 2/3 days in the office and rest at Home.
- Ideal candidate would be from a distributor or Similar IT company.
