Job Summary

:

Bechtel is seeking a skilled Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to support the Pluto Train 2 Project team in Workforce Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective mobilization and demobilization of direct hire craft workforce to meet project schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and processing of craft professional employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, and updating employee data in the HRIS system.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for project work, utilizing job portals and developing effective job adverts.
  • Review and verify candidates' qualifications and licenses, conduct reference checks, and generate pre-employment medical requests.
  • Update and maintain internal applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, mobilisation, and workforce management.
  • Proficiency in job portals, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions. The successful candidate will be required to work in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts, and inclement weather. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn at all times.
