As a key member of our Workforce Services function, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective mobilization and demobilization of direct hire craft workforce to meet project schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for craft professional employees, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job portals and other resources to source suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment plans to meet project objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring processes, ensuring seamless integration with our HRIS system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and mobilization efforts, with a focus on craft professional workforce.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with project teams, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
