Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for the effective mobilization and demobilization of direct hire craft workforce to support the project schedule of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and processing of craft professional employees
  • Participate in delivery of craft new hire orientation
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for project work
  • Review and verify candidates' qualifications and licenses
  • Conduct reference checks and generate pre-employment medical requests
  • Update and maintain internal applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in job portals and development of job adverts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of candidates
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
