Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Pluto Train 2 Project team in Karratha, Western Australia. As a key member of our Workforce Services function, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective mobilization and demobilization of direct hire craft workforce to meet project schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for craft professional employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, and updating employee data in the HRIS system.
  • Support project recruiting, screening, and in-processing of craft professional employees, and participate in delivery of craft new hire orientation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, workforce management, or a related field.
  • Experience in job portals and development of job adverts, as well as proficiency in requisition tracking programs and employee data programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
