Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process. If you have a proven track record of managing recruitment teams and are proficient in job portals and job advert development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and in-processing of craft professional employees and participate in delivery of craft new hire orientation.
  • Delegate and coordinate recruitment activities in support of the Project mobilisation plan.
  • Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates (Blue Collar) for project work.
  • Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, weld testing, site access, flights, rosters, and accommodation.

Requirements:

  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Senior/Lead Blue Collar recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing/leading recruitment teams or equivalent.
