Project Overview:

The Pluto Train 2 project is an expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia, run by Woodside Energy.

As a Senior Recruitment Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating the project's recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for a manual craft professional workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and in-processing of craft professional employees
  • Delegate and coordinate recruitment activities in support of the project mobilisation plan
  • Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for project work
  • Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, weld testing, site access, flights, rosters, and accommodation

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in senior/blue collar recruitment
  • Proven experience managing/leading recruitment teams or equivalent

Working Conditions:

This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include:

  • Extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site
  • Climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms, including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs)
  • Use of personal fall arrest equipment
  • Walking and working on uneven surfaces
  • Variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.)
  • Work in inclement weather
