Business Development Opportunity

This is a high-performing sales role that offers ownership of a QLD territory with a tight, agile team and a product known for quality and pace. You will be the kind of business developer who thrives on timing, trust, and building the right relationships before the opportunity exists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving project opportunities from concept to signed contract within your region.
  • Establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders in SEQ and regional QLD.
  • Identifying and tapping into early-stage land activity, DA movements, and regional expansions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to shape proposals and win work.
  • Representing the brand at site visits, industry events, and field expos.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in business development or territory sales in construction, modular buildings, industrial property, or related sectors.
  • A proactive approach – creating new leads through strategic networking.
  • Existing connections or networks across SEQ and regional QLD.
  • Confidence dealing with mid-size developers, agents, consultants, and project teams.
  • Passion for building lasting relationships and seeing projects come to life.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and engage with clients and project partners.
