The Role Overview

This role involves managing 10 Lorna Jane stores in QLD, leading, motivating, and developing Store Leaders. The successful candidate will utilise exceptional leadership skills, commercial awareness, and operational expertise to drive business results and achieve sales targets throughout the region.

  • Manage 10 stores with direct Store Leader reports, fostering a customer-first mindset and driving sales performance across your region.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, connecting all team members to our philosophy and key brand focuses through focused communication and training plans.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service experiences and continuously review results to drive sales and achievement of KPIs.
  • Provide clear and effective communication aligned with our strategy focuses to your team, providing consistent coaching and training to support any skill gaps with your Store Leaders.
  • Foster talent, striving to retain team members through effective internal professional progression and contribute to successful recruitment activations.
  • Ensure stores follow through on all visual merchandising & operational processes, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Requirements

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Previous retail multi-site management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • At least three years' experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness, with exceptional sales ability and passion for customer service.
  • Ability to analyse data to drive actionable insights, with sound critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Driver's Licence and reliable car to travel to your stores, with a willingness to work independently and be self-driven.
