Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Job Description:The Regional Sales Director will lead and coach sales teams in the Asia Pacific region to deliver growth targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individual contributors and sales management across multiple geographies and time-zones.
- Understand variances in business culture across Australia and Asia Pacific.
- Drive volume transactional sales while evolving a high-value, high-growth and sustainable go-to-market strategy.
- Grow the business and develop personal growth in line with business growth.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and mentoring high-performing, consultative sales teams.
- Ability to design sales operating plans and effective management and reporting cadence across large teams.
- Experience of hitting sales targets over AUD 50 million.
- At least 10 years in Sales Leadership roles.
- Commercial creativity and the ability to develop innovative business models and deal structures.
This role offers:
- Broad and Innovative Thinking - Thinks broadly and creatively about the industry and customer.
Cybersecurity experience is desirable but not essential for this position.
