Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Office Administration Assistant. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO | Principal's Unit.


About the Role
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including agendas, venues, catering, and technology setups
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO | Principal's Unit, including coverage during leave periods and assistance with overflow tasks
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives through participation in meetings, working groups, and professional development activities

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-level administration, with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain discretion, and contribute positively to team culture
