Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for technical support requests from customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for Windows 10, O365, Teams, AD, Exchange, and Windows Servers
  • Support firewall security, networking troubleshooting, on-premise rack and stack, hardware provisioning, and alert management
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base within the IT service management tool
  • Manage multiple customer tickets and create, manage, and meet service level agreements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a similar technical support role with a managed services provider
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • Able to obtain a police clearance and working with children check
