Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide remote technical support for the Instana product, working closely with customers worldwide.

Your role will involve troubleshooting various issues that arise in customers' environments, collaborating with all support teams to enhance your expertise and acquire new skills, and solving technical issues for customers using the ticketing system and occasionally in meetings.

You will have opportunities to learn new technologies, write knowledge base articles, and manage multiple tasks (cases).

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal), and proficiency in Linux console, Docker, or containerization technology, API knowledge, and experience in object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.), Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, create knowledge base articles, and explore new technologies regularly.
  • Troubleshoot different issues that arise in customers' environments.
  • Collaborate with support teams to enhance expertise and acquire new skills.
  • Solve technical issues for customers using the ticketing system and occasionally in meetings.
  • Learn new technologies to improve support and personal career growth.
  • Write knowledge base articles.
  • Manage multiple tasks (cases).
