Job Description

The Software Support team is the face of technical assistance, receiving customer inquiries for software issues. The Technical Support Specialist provides a link between clients and the organization.

  • Primary Objectives:
  • Provide phone IT support and technical advice related to equipment products for customers, sales, and service teams.
  • Remote support, log in to customer platforms while on the phone.
  • Perform software pre-installs, installations, fault diagnostics, repairs, and software migrations.
  • Diagnose technical issues and communicate with the broader support team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
